College Essay Writing Workshop in New York’s Capital Region

Applying to college can be daunting and writing your essays are especially challenging. There’s the 650-word personal statement, the shorter supplemental “why us?” essays, not to mention the list of activities. required by some of the more selective schools, it can add up to a lot of essays.

The good news is that everyone has a compelling and unique story to share. I’ll be going over all of the different content pieces from the Common App on Dec. 9th at 4pm ET at the Free Movement Studio space in Delmar, NY. We’ll cover a range of additional topics, including:

  • Brainstorming topics

  • Finding your voice

  • Keeping it authentic
